The Tracer LE 230BHSLE has one entry door, front pass-through storage, rear storage compartment, and a 19' power awning on the exterior. Inside, there is a queen bed at the front of the unit, with wardrobe cabinets on either side and additional cabinets overhead. There is a partial wall separating the front bedroom from the rest of the unit. The side of the wall that faces the rear is prepped for a TV. On the off-door side, there is a U-shaped booth dinette in a slideout. Next to this is a pantry cabinet. The rear off-door side corner holds the bathroom, with shower, sink with medicine cabinet, and commode. Along the door side wall is the kitchen, with sink, stovetop and oven, and refrigerator, with a microwave and additional cabinets overhead. The door side rear corner holds a bunkroom with a set of double over double bunks.

You'll love the versatility of the Tracer LE 230BHS. The front queen bedroom is separated from the rest of the unit by a partial wall for added privacy. There's a slideout for added elbow room with our ever-popular U-shaped booth dinette, plus a well-equipped kitchen with cooktop and oven and residential microwave. The bunkhouse features double over double bunks with enough space to stretch out after a long day of adventures.

GVWR (Gross Vehicle Weight Rating) – is the maximum permissible weight of the unit when fully loaded. It includes all weights, inclusive of all fluids, cargo, optional equipment and accessories. For safety and product performance do NOT exceed the GVWR.

GAWR (Gross Axle Weight Rating) – is the maximum permissible weight, including cargo, fluids, optional equipment and accessories that can be safely supported by a combination of all axles.

UVW (Unloaded Vehicle Weight)* – is the typical weight of the unit as manufactured at the factory. It includes all weight at the unit’s axle(s) and tongue or pin and LP Gas. The UVW does not include cargo, fresh potable water, additional optional equipment or dealer installed accessories.

CCC (Cargo Carrying Capacity) ** – is the amount of weight available for fresh potable water, cargo, additional optional equipment and accessories. CCC is equal to GVWR minus UVW. Available CCC should accommodate fresh potable water (8.3 lbs per gallon). Before filling the fresh water tank, empty the black and gray tanks to provide for more cargo capacity.

The load capacity of your unit is designated by weight, not by volume, so you cannot necessarily use all available space when loading your unit.
